"Today we will continue learning about always demonstrating respect, effort, and pride at ECMS during your arrival at school.
Demonstrating respect means always keeping hands, feet, and objects to yourself (no horseplay!); using a normal speaking voice while in the halls (don’t yell); and using appropriate language (no swearing or put-downs).
Demonstrating effort means entering the building no sooner than 8:45 (*see below); using your designated entry route; If eating breakfast, going directly to the cafeteria and then locker, and finally homeroom.
Demonstrating pride means always caring how the halls, classrooms, and personal areas look; and respecting the school and school property. This means picking up trash (including food, paper, etc.) that you drop (or see).
